Before starting her own consultancy in 2023, Caitlin led the B2B marketing team for The Roku Channel, where she helped transform the content model and introduced Roku Originals to the ads market. Amidst the pandemic, while theaters were closed and productions halted, Caitlin created new monetization channels and AVOD business streams at Sony Pictures. And before Sony, Caitlin played a pivotal role in launching game-changing products like skippable video ads, shaping policies that transformed the modern creator ecosystem, and orchestrating memorable brand campaigns while based in San Francisco, Paris, and London with Google & YouTube.
